This year, Octo Art Studio in Wong Chuk Hang is running a 3‑Day Weekly Summer Art Camp 2026 for
kids on Hong Kong Island South.
Children can choose between acrylic / watercolor painting or creative arts & crafts, and complete
impressive artworks in just 3 days.
What Is the 3-Day Weekly Summer Art Camp?
Our 3‑Day Weekly Summer Art Camp is a kids summer art camp designed to give children an
intensive but enjoyable art experience over three days.
Days: Monday to Wednesday
Duration: 2 hours per day (total 6 hours per week)
Sessions: Morning or afternoon
Location: Octo Art Studio, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong Island South
Camp Themes: Acrylic, Watercolor & Creative Arts and Crafts
Each week, you can choose one theme for your child’s 3‑day camp.
Acrylic & Watercolor Painting Camp (Ages 7–14)
This painting‑focused kids summer art camp helps children build solid skills while completing finished
artworks.
Acrylic Painting
3 days to complete one 50×70cm acrylic canvas
Learn colour theory, paint mixing and brush control
Practice layering, glazing and texture creation
Plan and paint a full composition from sketch to final piece
Watercolor Painting
3 days to create 1–2 watercolor artworks
Explore washes, gradients and fun effects
Develop confidence in drawing, composition and personal style
This is an ideal kids acrylic painting camp and kids watercolor camp for beginners who want to try a
real painting camp with guidance.
Creative Arts & Crafts Camp (Ages 5–12)
For younger kids or those who love making things, the Creative Arts & Crafts camp offers a more
playful creative summer camp experience.
Children will:
Work on creative painting with themes like cartoons, landscapes and simple abstract art
Enjoy soft clay projects like mini “sushi dishes” and dinosaur parks
Decorate pots, signboards and other 3D objects
Mix different materials to complete unique arts & crafts pieces
This kids art camp is especially good for building imagination and fine motor skills, while keeping the
sessions fun and relaxed.
