Mother’s Day Kids Art Workshops 2026

Celebrate Mother’s Day 2026 with a creative experience just for kids at Octo Art Studio in Wong Chuk Hang, Southside Hong Kong.

Our in-person Mother’s Day kids workshops are designed to let children create something special for Mum while having fun and learning new art skills. All sessions are guided by our friendly instructors, and all materials are provided.

Choose from our two special workshops:

  • Creative Painting Series – Mother’s Day Special Art Jamming Session
    Kids explore colours and textures on canvas and create a one-of-a-kind artwork as a heartfelt gift.

  • Creative Craft Series – 2026 Mother’s Day DIY Wooden Picture Frame
    Children decorate their own wooden picture frame, perfect for a favourite photo with Mum.

These workshops are:

  • Designed for kids aged 5-12
  • Beginner-friendly (no prior art experience needed)
  • Held in small groups at our cosy studio in Wong Chuk Hang

Who are these workshops for?
These Mother’s Day workshops are designed for kids aged 5-12. They’re suitable for complete beginners as well as children who already enjoy art.

Can parents stay during the workshop?
For regular kids‑only sessions, parents can wait nearby or drop off and pick up. For the Mom & Me session, mums are part of the workshop experience.

Where is Octo Art Studio located?
Our studio is located in Octo Art Studio is located in Wong Chuk Hang, on the south side of Hong Kong Island.

How long is each workshop?
Each Mother’s Day kids workshop lasts approximately 90mins, including setup and cleanup time.

What do kids need to bring?
All art and craft materials are provided. We also provide aprons to help protect their clothing, but we still recommend choosing outfits that are comfortable for art activities.

Can this be booked as a Mother’s Day gift?
Yes. You can book a spot for your child as a gift for Mum. We can provide a simple e-gift confirmation that you can share with her.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the workshop, subject to availability.
